Resolution Problem

Hi, i have a big problem with desktop resolution, i have ATI Xpress 1200(used Catalyst 9.2) and Windows recomended me used a resolution 1200x800 but when chosse a smaller resolution, example 1024x768 the screen looks small with a black border arround, the same problem happens with some games, if resolution is diferent of desktop, if the resolution , in games, is the same 1200 x 768, looks in full screen. What happen?? i dont know, i need they help. Thanks.

Use Catalyst 9.4 and select graphics card scaling in flat panel options.

I knew that catalyst 9.4 is not supported for Xprees Graphics Cards, you think that works?

Ok, install Catalyst 9.4, go to notebook panel properties, go to the scaling options, default is Centered, i clic in Full Screen, but when i acept automatically back to Centered, why ?? I not to do

The problem is resize the resolution but Catalyst can't resize option and the resolution looks small someone can help me???
