Print Spooler keeps stopping
I have seen numerous posts on this site and other sites about the Print Spooler repeatedly stopping but I have yet to see a good fix. At least for our PC. We have a Dell Vostro 220, Windows 7 Pro, Intel Core 2 E7500 @ 2.93GHz, 32-Bit OS with a Dell 1110 (USB) and a Dell 2330dn (Ethernet) hooked up to it. I can print a document and then the next time I print all printers are gone from the Print window and a message states, "Before you print, you need to select a printer, either double-click the Add Printer icon or click on the General tab of this dialog." --- or --- I see the following message, "Windows can't open Add Printer. The local print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine." ---or --- I get, "An error has occurred in the script on this page.........Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? Y/N."
I then go to the Services window, scroll down to Print Spooler and click start service. The above scenario starts over again .. ad naseum. Sometimes it will print several documents or it might just start with one of the above messages. This started intermittently several months ago but the last week has been constant. I have either rebooted the machine or restarted the print spooler service too many times to keep count.
I have all available Windows 7 updates installed and all latest printer drivers installed. I have removed the printers, their drivers and their driver packages several times and I can not get a stable printing scenario. I have not reloaded Windows 7 but I really, really don't want to do that. I have run Microsoft Security Essentials, SuperAnti-Software, and AntiMalWare to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is the spooler startup type set as Automatic ? Could u also check that the RPC service is started and is Automatic . I know u have uninstalled drivers etc. but could u do so in order:
remove all remnants of drivers/printers.
use ccleaner to remove any detritus and temp files (but don't touch the registry settings).
make sure the above services are started.
reinstall the printer drivers.
