File explorer shows a virtual cdrom which does't exist
Hi All,
Couple weeks ago, I tried a virtual cdrom software (sorry, I forget its name). That software was crashed after created the driver E. Since then I tried a lot of ways to remove this ghost virtual driver which I searched from the google, unfortunately, all failed. Do you guys know how to fix this?
1. I tried to unload the driver from device manager, but I can't find the driver from device manager, actually, there is no CDROM controller at all!
2. After restarting the laptop, this driver still does exist. But in safe mode, this driver disappeared.
3. From disk manager, I also can not find this driver.
4. For system info, Lenovo X200 (no physical cd/dvd rom driver) win7 x64.
Waiting for your reply, thanks a lot.
