Solution Found: X-Meridian on Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit)

All you HTPC users can rest easy now and install Windows 7 or get 7.1 and SP/DIF control for your X-Meridian.

I found through a google listing that Razor Barracuda AC-1 has the same chipset as the X-Meridian. So I modified the INF to the X-Meridian's Hardware ID and installed the driver.

Download the drivers from HERE

The INF attached has to go into the "SoftwareDriver\Driver" directory, overwriting the old Razor.INF file.

Install the drivers using the "Setup.exe" file. I can't remember if I ran it in compatibility mode or not. It'll ask you to restart your computer.

After restarting, you will see the "Razor" control panel in the system tray. There is a pull out at top top right and the bottom right for mode control.
