Bluetooth problems

    I had the same problem... I'm having a hard time with my Bluetooth device i tried to connect with my Nokia phone to my Sony VAIO and unfortunately i didn't bcoz of this issue. this problem was a occurred when i update my OS into Windows 7 ultimate before it was Vista.....

    please help me to fix this problem....

    Are you using a phone for those photos?
    if yes, the camera's of most of the phones are pretty useless for putting it on a pc thanks to the very low quality.
    you can also try copy the files with a usb cable
    otherwise you should have ''bluetooth support service'' on.

    I DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE and here is my solution.

    Some ****ty bluetooth software basically disable the windows
    "Bluetooth Support Service"

    So go control panel services and ENABLE the "Bluetooth Support Service"

    AFTER I DID THAT, ALL MY Bluetooth menu options started working

    PFFFFFF I am sooo relieved.

    uber philf thanks bud i have been battling now with 2 HD and both lost my BT functionality. Is it perhaps a default setting in windows 7 and vista to windows 7 upgrades cos both gives same issue. sorted thanks a mil
