Hi Westex,

Check the Windows 7 Compatiblity Center to see if your camera is compatible with Windows 7- Windows 7 Compatibility: Software Programs and Hardware Devices: Find Updates, Drivers, and Downloads. If you get the green light from the Compatibility Center, just click on the link that it provides you to go to your camera's manufacturer website to download software and drivers needed get your web cam working.

Cheers,
Cassandra

Ah, they placed it in a RAR file. You can download the free 7-Zip, run it as administrator (right click), click on Tools, Options, select RAR and OK. Afterwards you should be able to open the downloaded RAR file to extract the files in it to then run the setup.exe file in it.

Oh, I see. Right click on the Life Frame shortcut and click on Run as administrator to see if it may run afterwards.

If not, then you might also contact Asus to see what they may say as well.
