Print Spool Dependancy: HTTP Service

Printing stopped after 3 months with Windows 7. All printers gone 'add printer' no longer operational.

Spooler service will not start. checked dependancies and found under problem:

Device Manager> hidden devices> Non-Plug and play Drivers: HTTP is missing. This device is required by Spooler. (along with RPC, which is operational)

How can I reinitialize HTTP or reinstall? thank you
