i have drivers for xp...but they don't working on win 7 ultimate??... help

yes i did... u try they have just for printing i need to scan some pict... and use the card reader from it...

Try the methods Here .. (I'd prefer method 3)
This will require that you have installed the W7 Driver for the 2710.

If this works and you use Irfanview .. I have another way.

Maybe you don't have the sound turned up enough ..
