Windows 7 64-bit & MIDI

Hi guys!
I connected my Casio LK-215 via USB. Widndows won't find drivers automatically so i tried to get ones from Casio but they aren't for 64 bit Windows. So i downloaded some M-Audio drivers and installed them but in device manager it shows red exclamation mark and when it's connected and i try to play after a while it just freezes (piano).

Thank you

Does casio say the LK-215 is win 7 compatible?? if they dont have a win 64 driver they may have a vista 64 bit driver that can be installed in dcompatibility mode.

To do that: right click the installer>properties>compatibility>vista

Let us knwo if you need helk with this

Hey Guys!

I had the same problems with my Casio LK-215 and Windows 7 64bit.
Afer a long search i've found an alternative driver which really seems to work.
A few hours i've tested it in Magix Music Maker 17, without troubles.

here is the guide:

download the driver from:
PC-50 Driver Ver.1.0.0 for Win... ::
edit the hardware-id in the .inf file(just copy/past it from hardware manager)

normally i'm not that kind of guy who share such informations, but i think its
a shame for casio, not supporting 64bit.

i hope you're enjoing, have fun

yours woolf
