Having trouble with my TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S223F and Windows 7 Ultimate.
Windows says I have the current driver, I try to install LSS from the LS site and still a no go. When I run LSS it says no LS drives detected. The diagnostic utility says the samething. Please help.
MSI log was already set to 601 in the new download from the LS site.
A quick look at the model number of the DVD drive at Samsung's website doesn't mention Lightscribe. Are you sure it's a Lightscribe DVD burner? The Lightscribe models usually have an "L" at the end of the model number. DVD writer SH-S223F - DVD writers - optical disc drives | SAMSUNG
That'll teach me to pay attention when changing out drives. Installed incorrect drive thanks for link.
Let you know what happens when I get the "actual" LS drive in tomorrow.
