    Base system device driver missing


    I have windows 7 ultimate I get base system device missing. How can I fix this Please I need help. Thank you

    Hi rainman2 , the base system device is more than likely to be an sd card reader , please give us a little more info on your system model, manf and we will be able to assist you further :)

    Thanks for the reply. My system model is HP Pavilion DV 6000 using widows 7 ultimate.
    In device manager it shows 2 Base system devices. Then I do a search and it says Base System Device Missing.I hope I am giving the right description of my problem.
