I'm not familiar with the pdf2xls program. But here's a few ideas.
* If you uninstall it does the issue continue with the other printer? If so, it's unlikely (but not guaranteed

)that the pdf2xls program is your issue.
* Perhaps pdf2xls does not have permission to write to
%systemroot%\system32\spool folder
* try to uninstall it and re-install it with as an elevated Administrator prompt by right clicking on the file and selecting RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR, and run it in
XP Sp3 compatibility mode. (i.e. set them both up and run).
* Once you've completed the point above, do the same to the pdf2xls.exe before you run the program.

PS: If there are any unprinted files stuck in the spooler that you can't remove, run the attached batch file as an elevated administrator to remove the stuck files.
