oh and btw, u should use the drivers for ur own model since its vista 32 bit right? There's no point trying to find a different model...

Ok, now I have talked to Sony. They say I need to install the shared library and the notebook utility pack. They didn't offer more support as I told them I had windows 7 (they then just said they don't support that).

I downloaded those two driver packs. Should I then 1) extract them with Universal Extractor and 2) do what?

    Thanks!

Okay, I tried following that site, but it doesn't work - when I get to installing the shared library it says it is only compatible with Vista!

yeah it will say that because u havent extracted them, use that Uni Extractor i said. Once u extract you'll find the installer somewhere between all those files. Doubleclick and ur set.

ps. If they still dont install, then right click, run in compatibility for vista.

    good luck!

DaRonRon, THANKS! I did everything from the beginning using the extracted setup files etcetc, and now I can control my lights again :) Only thing not working is the stamina/speed button, but I can live with that! (never really knew what the diff was anyways, only problem is that it can only do HDMI in speed motion, so if it is stuck in stamina i can't do that, but time will show)

So one more question - how do I get to configure the touchpad? I can no longer use if for scrolling by pressing the right side / bottom - anyone who knows how I can configure that? Do I need a driver?
