I agree with Wishmaster what issue are we trying to fix? I hate to put a bunch of time into getting everything worked out when 1) There is no need to update the BIOS. 2) After we get it working you find that the BIOS on the CD is the same as you already have. 3) You do flash your BIOS and then find out you have a new problem with your system. 4) You do flash your BIOS but damage your motherboard and now your machine does not work at all.As WindowsStar suggested, and I agree, its best not to flash your bios unless it specifically fixes a issue you are having.
What type of issue are you having and is it listed in the update notes for the bios upgrade?
