    Windows 7 "Incompatible" Driver Blocking

I have been having a problem for about a few months now. Whenever I reboot windows the usb and networking drivers wont load, they are "Blocked from loading due to incompatibility". It's really starting to annoy as i have to go into device manager and disable/re-enable them to make them work right. Exact message is "\SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\libusb0.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver." These drivers work great on system installation and for several months afterwards until thy stop loading again. Digital driver signing and integrity check have both been disabled through bcdedit but failed to resolve the issue, uninstallation/reinstallation has also failed. Any ideas on how to fix this?

SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\libusb0.sys This means you are trying to run 32 bit drivers on a 64 bit system. It won't work. Try installing the drivers again, if the disk includes both 32 bit and 64 bit drivers, then chances are its the "Vista Compatibility" problem, try this tutorial: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...7-install.html

I don't know where to find the correct drivers as the ones in use are the ones that came on the installation disc(Windows 7 Ultimate). I only had to install drivers for Touchpad and Graphics.

I'm sorry I just reread your post. I didnt see the bit where you said they used to work but now they don't

Can I suggest you try this:

Open an elevated Command prompt (right click: run as administrator)
Type in "SFC /scannow" (no quotes) to see if it finds any corrupted system files or drivers

For your network card, what is the model of your Network card? I might be able to find drivers If you don't know then download Speccy and it should tell you

Good idea didn't think about that. The networking drivers were also on the disc but I used 64 bit versions of the installers from dell to update. Marvell 88E80XX 10/100 Ethernet Controller, Dell Wireless 1395 WLAN MiniCard, drivers also contained on disc that came with laptop.

Found the 64 bit versions here http://social.technet.microsoft.com/...a-ee8a29edac89

Are you sure its a Marvell 88E80XX? on the Marvell website, it has lists of models starting 88E80 but then the rest are numbers where the XX is

A list of drivers for your Laptop: http://support.dell.com/support/down...&catid=&impid=
