Windows 7: Bluetooth stack software needed? (for x64)

Windows 7 Professional 32bit

I tried downloading this installer from Broadcom - Bluetooth Software Download but while installing it says that "this program cannot upgrade your software. Please contact the manufacturer of your Bluetooth device for support." Then the install ends there. Im attaching a screen shot below.
