Windows 7 - Gadget Dissapear

| | Gadget Dissapear i have windows 7 ultimate on my computer and there's no option to add a gadget. i already right click on the desktop , there's no option to gadget. i also open the services.msc and even in the services.msc , there's no microsoft gadget platform. please help me  |
