I just love the token icons, and know that a large number of users are in my side. Just now I found the link Huge Token IconPack Installer by ~Mr-Ragnarok on deviantART
Downloading now ! It seems that it would be easier process to convert all system icons to token.
I just thought why not to share it with friends ? If anybody interested, please visit here. After the download is completed, I will post my feedback here

would anyone be able to make this style of icon for FL Studio 9 icon, Total Commander Ultima Prime, Rainmeter, Bell Security Services, and or a Volume icon w/ actual display of the volume optional...I have no clue how to make any of those :S I read the tutorial and I don't understand it, nor do I have the programs required.
As those are not the system icons , you are to change those manually . Set the desired icon at desktop and right click on it . Now select properties > change icon . Browse to the icon you want to use , apply it , and ok .
