A gadget which launches other gadgets

Home Cooked Gadgets - Gadgets - Gadget Launcher

Don't know if anyone else here has tried this as it's pretty new, but it's definitely got a lot of potential. It could be really handy for quick access to gadgets you occasionally use but don't necessarily want on your desktop all the time.

It doesn't work properly with every gadget(such as my Calvin 'n' Hobbes gadget), nor does it seem to work at all with the gadgets that came standard on my 64-bit copy of W7, but otherwise it works fine, and they've already updated it, with more updates to come most likely. It also doesn't work with timers, as soon as you click away they're reset, but it does hold on to your notes if you use such a gadget. Hopefully they make it so that it can be made to take up less vertical space, and iron out the other kinks. Could be a must-have gadget, eventually.

    :)

Looks good Selenium, but I wouldn't have a gadget running to launch other gadgets that I don't use often. Right clicking the desktop and selecting Gadgets is quite easy, 'cos anyway I have to come to the desktop to select the gadget from this

Well, it's easier than what you just described. It also allows you to set your gadgets as "favorites", so if you want to launch certain gadgets it's as simple as moving your cursor over, clicking on it from within the launcher, and boom you're there. And then when you click away it's gone again. Definitely useful for gadgets you use but not that often, and gadgets you want easy access to without them taking up much room on your desktop.
