Accidientally Uninstalled Win 7 official clock

Have just got new Vaio E series laptop with Win 7 home premium 64bit, and was toying round with gadgets, trying to deactivate the clock, but accidientaly uninstalled / deleted it. Have now got the Dutch digital clock now, but want the original clock back, cannot find on windows live gadgets, or any MS forums.

Where can I find & download it? Can I find it on a system image, or system back up's I made, & just install the clock gadget, or can I download it from MS?
