Windows 7 Gadgets

Hi guys,

So i was interested in making a gadget just for the fun of it. Trying to test it out how the gadget will look. So now we know that the gadgets for the sidebar when you double click it they are able to install. How can i make my gadget so that it will actually install. Because right now it is as a .rar file and I don't want to post a .rar file I would rather post ready to install gadget.

Also how can i change the image of the gadget, so it is not small "calculator","clock", and "sticky".
