try going into Internet Explorer settings and reset the security settings back to default. (assuming you are using IE)

    hi all
i install win7 (x64) and every thing is ok but since i install netlimitter 3 (x64)
    sidebar can't show gadget correct
    and show like the attachment
    plz help me
    what can i do?
You might try running sfc /scannow , then hit "enter" button at the command prompt run as admin. If there are some missing or corrupt files involved that command will help.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

I would also try to remove the gadgets then reboot and add them again.

According to this... Gadgets - Windows 7 features - Microsoft Windows
Sidebar is not a feature in Windows 7.

However, if you press the Start Button and type 'sidebar' (without the ' ') in the search Programs and Files, you are presented with a number of options. One of these is to Restore desktop gadgets installed with Windows.

Perhaps this will recover them for you. :)
