Windows 7 - Is there such gadget?

Hi, new to this forum and dunno exactly where to put this so....anyway..

im sure most of us here have played or know games such as star craft, defense of the ancients, and the like.. such games have this video of the character at the bottom which speaks from time to time..just like this one


now im wondering if theres a gadget that can show stuff like this, maybe better if it can be personalized and say stuffs like time or date etc.

if it could help, theres softwares that can make your own picture move and say stuffs, i just dont know if the result can be made into a desktop gadget..

Yeah you are right there is such option, but you have to be a programmer level Rocket in order to create it. :-)
