WINDOWS 7 GAGDETS HAS STOPPED WORKING

    WINDOWS 7 GAGDETS HAS STOPPED WORKING


    i am using windows 7 service pack 1...i am not able to access my desktop gadget after restart my computer..its saying WINDOWS 7 GADGETS HAS STOPPED WORKING..what i do? i already try to turn on and turn of the feature but it doesn't work..any solution?

    Hi swarnava :)

    Have you run Check Disk or chkdsk to see if you have any file system errors and bad sectors on it ?

    Tutorial > Disk Check

    Hi - No not when its in use so you need to click Schedule Disk Check, then when you reboot Disk Check will run.

    i already try both of them..keep pop upping me that gadgets has not work

    after chkdsk still facing the problem..one gadget comes and showing same error...

    Have you tried adding a new gadget to see if it will load ? because you may have an application running thats causing this problem, and did this problem start after any system / application changes ?

    the problem solved after uninstalling kaspersky internet security 2011
