Windows 7: My calendar gadget corrupted

My calendar gadget corrupted

Wird thing happend on my desktop. I have windows native clock gadget - works good, curency exchange - works also good. However my calendar gadget stop showing date. I tried uninstall and activate again not succes. I dwnload third party gadgets - same thing is not showing any info [date month atc.] I have no clue whats happend it stopped working. Need some hint where to go to fix it. TIA

Thank you Stalker. Unfortunately this tutorial didn't restore my calendar gadget...is still blank doesn't show current date. Nevermind I can live without it. Maybe soon i'll reinstall my windows just to clean everything up...than it will work back.

Did you try to reinstall the calendar widget?

You can try this:

Start> In search box type turn windows features on or off and press enter

Untick box next to Windows Gadget Platform, and restart. Reverse procedure and put tick mark next to Gadget Platform again. See if this fixed it.
