Yep, that's the case... And gadget works normaly if I set it to one of the default values (100, 125, 150%). Thanks for pointing out what is the problem, I would never guessed

I also read posts in links you provided, and as far as I understand it there's still no real solution for this problem? It's not a big deal, but since I'm a designer it's certanly more important to have Windows' PPI match DPI for printing then one gadget I'd like to use, thus I'm using custom scale (;
Now that I know what the problem is I'll try to check for solution. Since some gadgets work and others don't, my first guess is that PNG graphics in gadget aren't created properly (with scaling in mind), I'll try resaving them in Photoshop...
