Opacity

Is it possible to change a gadget's mouse-over opacity? For example, I'm using Ultimate Explorer at 10% opacity... I'd like it to remain at this opacity while in use.

Sorry for the same answer as your other post but that's the way it is.
That's the way that gadgets works when you mouse over them it makes them active.
