Is it possible to change a gadget's mouse-over opacity? For example, I'm using Ultimate Explorer at 10% opacity... I'd like it to remain at this opacity while in use.

That's the way that gadgets works when you mouse over them it makes them active.

hello, i was wondering is there a screen or image viewer software which will stay on top and can be set to lower opacity to look tho it so that you can work in the background. I have 100.000 tribal tatoos which i need to identify so this would be great.

Can anyone help? The gadget opacity isn't working. I can change the opacity in the gadget's settings. However, it's opacity doesn't change at all. I have changed it in the settings and restarted the system. That didn't help either. So, I suspect a .dll file may have been deleted with a...
