Gadget that reports all CPU usage?

Does anyone know of a gadget that reports CPU usage of all programs, services....everything running?

Hi,

This gadget shows you an overview of you memory and cpu usage, when you double click it, it opens task manager:
Windows Live Gallery

Once installed change the settings to display the top x amount of processes and seconds between updates:
