    You use 220 gadgets...really?

Your sidebar.exe process must be through the roof.

Not sure there is a way you could install all gadgets at once.

In start menu search type shell:gadgets

    Or the actual path,

    C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets

Copy / Paste them all in there.
