    [Help] App Launcher V3


    Help edit the code to create another instance of this app launcher gadget?
    thx in advanced...

    I am not sure what you are trying to do. But why would you want to have a second instamce of the AppLauncher.

    I used it a lot in Vista where I had a sidebar and it was readily accessible. Then I used it in Win7 where I tweaked a sidebar. But on my X64 systems I prefer to use toolbars that are more easily accessible.

    Oh I did it.... sweet!

    goto: C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets
    make a copy of the folder and rename it
    skim threw all the files and rename all "App Launcher" entries
    save / done
      My Computer

    The reason I want (2)two of the same gadgets? As of right now my idea is test if this will even give me the organization i am looking for. Let me mention I want to have one for business and one for pleasure.

    Have a look at the Toolbars tutorial link I posted earlier (in post #2). That may be even better for your purposes.
