Windows 7: Gadgets - Clock - Not working - Won't appear after restart

Hello,

I got issues with my gadget clock, I can add it, but I can't change its skins. After I restart, it's gone. Any ideas? I'm pretty sure, it's the Windows one, not 3rd party.

when using this tut: Gadgets not Displaying Correctly in Windows 7 - Fix

Especially this: "Reset_Gadgets.bat" - clocks disappear again, e.g. I add clocks gadget, unable to change its style (theme), but they are actually showing the proper time, then I run this "Reset_Gadgets.bat" and clocks gadget disappears again.

Any suggestions?

I tried so far turning gadgets on and off, restarting PC multiple times, tried this "Reset_Gadgets.bat" thing, even the manual alternative, tried to enable and disable the gadgets platform and even tried to replace the gadget folder with somebody else's, but nothing helped so far.
