That weird it works for me. Try this change the Rush.gadget to Rush.zip you will get a warning chick yes.

Then extract it to the folder your in, then go back to where you renamed the .gadget and copy the Rush folder to C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets

AppData is hidden to unhide it use this Option 1 Step 3 File and Folder - Hide or Unhide
