Looking for a gadget for adjusting bass/treble levels

Hi!

I have a Blue Yeti usb microphone which has a built-in dac/amp. I use it when listening with headphones, but as it is quite neutral I often find myself adjusting the bass level because I use it for fun listening and recording. I'm looking for a nifty gadget (or a 3rd party program) which would easily and quickly adjust the sliders I find from Control Panel - Sound - Playback - Speakers - Properties - Tone (pic attached), so I wouldn't always have to go to the control panel to adjust these settings.

I use Foobar. I guess I have to do it that way. Too bad that only applies to foobar, and I can't EQ Firefox when listening stuff from mixcloud/soundcloud/youtube. Thanks anyway.
