can i change the color of the start bar ? in w7 basic

Hi

i tried windows 7 basic , in short i disabled the aero skin (i was able to change the color to black)

now can i change the color of the bar? for example black?

I've tried to do this but there's no simple way, which is real stupid of microsoft. You'll have to do some hacks, there is a tutorial on the web i believe.

Edit: Found a link here, not worth the hassle IMO. NO WAY to change taskbar color
