hi i downloaded about 20 gadgets and installed them and all of them were open at the same time then i started to try them.suddenly the eror occured that the gadget stop working....
    i think they had viruses
so my anti virus deleted them
after that when i right click and select gadgets
    these two erors appear.
and when i try to restore default gadgets these erors occur again.
what can i do now to solve it?
can i uninstall the windows sidebar and reinstall it again?if yes can you give me the download link because i did'nt find it on internet.
    thanks

Welcome to Seven Forums Malakeh. If you need help in the future, you will get more responses by starting a new thread, as this is an old thread. That said, try this:

    Start> In search box type

turn windows features on or off

    And press enter

    Scroll down to Gadget Platform

Windows Desktop Gadgets has stopped working-gadget.jpg

Untick box next to gadget platform. Restart your PC. Repeat the steps and once again put the tick next to gadget platform. See if this corrects your problem.

If not, suggest you run the System File Checker

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

And see if that corrects it. If neither help, we can see if we can't help further. Either way, post back and let us know how it goes. A Guy
