Clock gadget, User defined time

hi im looking for a clock gadget that lets me set the, time not system or world time.
the reason for a gadget like this is for online games with a world time or game server time (GST) if anything exists like this could someone please post a link

thanks but this isn't really what i was looking for, im not after world time. i want to be able to set the time to what ever time i need rather than pre set time zones

Clock gadget time stops!
In the last 2 weeks, my desktop clock gadget time just stops at certain points in the day. The clock in the notification area is always fine. At the moment, it tells me it's 17:11 (which is correct), but the clock is stuck on 14:21! Any ideas?
