Did you delete the entire folder from both Program Files and Program Files(x86) in C:\ and did you actually delete some kind of registry entries?
You also have a Windows Sidebar folder in C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar this one has the ones you have installed.
AppData is hidden you will need to use Step #3 of this tutorial to unhide it File and Folder - Hide or Unhide

THANKs a lot dude ..... well i am not sure what registry entries i would need to make them run ?? ??
Whether it will work or not i ain't sure but thnks a lot for your time and upload
I would have no idea, I'm sure deleting the registry keys didn't help much so I would suggest maybe trying a Repair Install if that doesn't correct the problem then I would suggest doing a Clean Install Windows 7
