Close Gadget and reopen it, sometimes it takes a few tries to get your avatar downloaded to your machine.

Make it bigger, keep increasing the height until it stops being scrunched.

Then drag it up, to hide the garbled text off the top of the screen.

I just reset my size to 960 x 420 ! still stuff at top garbled !

The problem is actually to how much SF has grown in size since the gadget was first introduced. The squashed up text for new threads is due to the much heavier volume of activity here on the forums ending up with the gadget being overloaded with new feed information.

A new updated version that added a second column in rather then continuing vertically would be needed at this time to compensate for crushed feeds effect you are running into. I don't think there is any other option for Limneos to work besides increasing or reduction of the feed item displayed.

Thought that I would try this Gadget as well but I'm getting the same issues and the "Red X" where my Avatar should be. Oh well...

The red "X" where the avatar is, just an inconvenience. Has done that on and off since the beginning. You should be more concerned with what it can do for you.

Helped me get 12,000 posts, be the first one to a post, etc
