I would recommend using the stand alone version under other downloads to avoid the download manager and other unwanted extras.
I also recommend Core Temp. Get it from here and you won't have to worry about unwanted extras. use the U.S. Mirror.

Hi, thanks.. I too have that but when my laptop freezes I cannot see it, so is there one that shows in the tool bar or somewhere??
    when my laptop freezes
What is causing your laptop to freeze?
    1. Check in msconfig to see what you have in start up
    2. Using DOS Commmand(Run as Admin) try running sfc /scannow to see if you have any problems there.

My concern is not just have a gauge to display on your laptop but what is freezing it and how often.

I found my computer will crash if I'm running Speccy while also running Macrium Reflect at the same time. I don't have that problem with Core Temp.

Drat! Looks like MajorGeeks has also gone to the dark side. It wasn't there when I got Core Temp from there last year.

I found another place to get Core Temp from that is safer and corrected my original post. I checked it with MBAM and no PUPs showed up.

Have you done full or complete scans with SAS or MBAM yet?
    THW

These scans will take up to at least an hour + apiece,
