I had mines at 100, but the buttons looks out of place like they're only at 10% : /
Did this just occur? After making some change? They worked fine X days ago, and you booted up your PC to find this? If so, a System Restore point from before it began may be the fix.
System Restore
If you are unaware of any changes made just before it started, or it's always been that way, or it started too long ago to restore. Try turning the Windows Gadget Platform off, reboot, and turn it back on.
Windows Features - Turn On or Off
You can try this as well
Gadgets - Restore Default Gadgets

It's been like that since I set up my new PC 10 days ago. : / I tried restoring and turning it off too.
Hate to resurrect dead threads, but I had this exact same issue and found this thread while googling trying to find the cause of the problem and how to fix it. I didn't find the solution directly, but I did figure it out after finding what was causing gadget problems on one of my other systems.
The cause of the problem with the gadget is the Internet Explorer 11 update. IE11 breaks functionality of a bunch of different gadgets in Windows 7, but because Microsoft stopped supporting sidebar gadgets a long time ago, they likely have no intention of fixing this issue.
The only way to fix it I have found so far is to Uninstall the IE11 update. I don't use IE11 so it's not an issue for me, it will remain an issue for people that are set on using IE11.
Welcome to Seven Forums CSJ. Yes, there are several threads in this forum about IE11 and gadgets, as well as possible fixes if you want to search. A Guy
