Slide Show gadget picture View problem in windows 7 sidebar?

Hi i have a problem with slideshow gadget in windows 7 ultimate..
Slide show works fine but the problem is i cant view the picture by pressing the view button in slide show gadget..

I also deleted the settings.ini file and 7 rebuilt it..but problem didnt solve..

Kindly tell me alternative method to solve this problem plzzzzz

I'm not sure if this is an issue with the photo viewer rather than the gadget.

I use picassa as my default viewer and have no issues with display of the image, but I have seen other reports of the default viewer failing

But do u know the solution of this problem..

i Tried all methods but nothing is working...

Bro can i uninstall and reinstall windows 7 side bar???

There is no sidebar in Windows 7 in the way that there is in Vista - The process is still called sidebar.exe, but it works in a different way.

Check the tutorials here for a method of installing the actual Vista sidebar in Windows 7

There is I think some bug that is causing the issue you have, hopefully this will be addressed with an update soon, either to the gadget or the viewer
