    Pin gadgets to taskbar?

Is there any way to pin gadgets to the taskbar? Currently, the only way I know how to pull it up is to right click on the desktop and go to gadgets. Is there a simpler way to do it through the taskbar?

I'm actually surprised no one else has asked this. I looked all over the internet and couldn't find anything. I'm not a huge fan of putting all the gadgets on my desktop since they slow down the cpu but I would like a quicker way to access them if I wanted to open one up momentarily.

I don't think you can pin a gadget to the taskbar but you could pin a shortcut to the taskbar that will work the same as the one in the context menu.

I figured that you couldn't pin an actual gadget but I was actually inquiring as to the possibility of pinning the folder/app that launches the gadgets. As it is, you have to go on the desktop, right click and click on gadgets....I was hoping to put a link on the taskbar to whatever function caused the gadget folder to open up.

Edit: Actually rereading your post....I think you're referring to exactly what I wrote above. How exactly would I go about doing that?

I didn't say double or single click it, I said right click on it, and pin to taskbar.
