Windows 7: Pop3 Email gadget

Has anyone been able to find a POP3 email gadget that works in Windows 7 (preferrably x64)? I've tried several that worked on my PC when it had Vista (x64), but none seem to work for me now. Most of the time, the gadgets allow you to customize the options and either crash or don't even acknowledge that the options have been changed (when I click "ok").

They should work especially when installed in compatibility mode. If the gadget has an installer you should: right click it>properties>compatibily mode>check vista

Thanks for the tip. I tried 5 different gadgets again, and none of their installers allowed me to change their compatibility modes. I've been able to adjust compatibility modes on other programs, but for some reason, I can't with any of these gadgets. I found another tip online about trying to install with the UAC not on the lowest level (as mine was), and it still didn't work.
