    Weird thing with gadgets

Sometimes (very rarely, I think after playing game or watching a movie, but not every time) I see that one of my two gadgets (I have a clock & CPU meter) goes "transparent":

One time it happens to the clock (whole gets transparent), another time it happens for the meter (a bit of it is still not transparent, as in the pictre).
I have to exit and turn them on again to see properly. What the..?

Have you tried other GFX Drivers?

Could be driver related or it could be because you are pushing the gfx card too much with strong games. Then again if it happens with movies aswell then its most probably the driver. The same kind of thing happens to me when I use a application thats not fully compatible.

I'm using drivers which came with CCC v9.11, and don't want to try older. Anyway it's not a big deal :)

Maybe it's just one of those small bugs that got overlooked, or the gadget was poorly written.

I dont think its poorly written because it looks like the gadgets are the default windows 7 gadgets. It could be a bug but I wouldnt rule out a driver issue.
