It should be at the bottom of your Windows desktop screen.
If you right mouse click on any desktop icon or program you should select PIN to TASKBAR.

Instead of flooding with ambiguous descriptions, here's a picture of what I'd like to get rid of, in a random window, with one file selected. That makes the toolbar refer to it by changing the options available (adding "Open with..." for example).

Is there a way to make the windows media player toolbar on the taskbar like it used to be in vista and xp?
im sure you used to just right click on the taskbar then click toolbars then windows media player but this option doesnt seem to be there in W7.
