Hi there guys New to the site so please be nice to me. I have a Tablet running windows 7 and have seen some Desktop pc,s that have a Dock at the bottom of the desktop in the middle with icons in it and just wanted to know how can i get that on my desktop for my tablet please.

When I drag a desktop shortcut to my DellDock, sometimes it asks me if I want to delete the desktop shortcut after adding it to the dock. But sometimes it doesn't ask. Is there a reason for not asking sometimes?
