Thats the point, you can try to download the gadgest. They are the same selection.

If it were my computer, I would not take a chance of making a small problem a big one, when I could get the same gadgets with no problems

Have you tried looking in windows features,

Windows Features - Turn On or Off

and make sure the box is checked.

Yeah it worked but now I'm having another problem
I try to open the gadgets and it doesn't show anything about the desktop gadgets
.gadget is now an unrecognized format.

You need to open the Gadgets Menu Panel by right clicking on the desktop

Yeah, I know that, i simply can't install them, they don't show up, even when put into
C:\Users\#####\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets
