Windows 7's problem or graphics card?

ok so, I like playing games but everytime i play it it runs fine and smooth but fer minutes later it starts to lag and it happens in every game. i dont know why! please find a solution to this problem. oh and im new to this forum!

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, clean install, upgrade disc
 
 


Check for updates to graphics card at card website
Make sure you have up to date drivers
Check memory. Run for 6 passes.

Run antivirus scan
Download and scan with malwarebytes.

But since you did not give system specs, we do not know if you have enough memory.

Without knowing your system specs it is hard for us to suggest and all you will get is speculations.

Your internet might also be the problem if this is happening while playing Online. If you are talking about Campaign only (single player), then heat could have a lot to do with this as well.
