Windows 7: DOSbox Setup.exe not working in 64-bit

DOSbox Setup.exe not working in 64-bit

I recently installed Redneck Rampage (collection) and have tried to change the controls, but whenever I try to run setup.exe it says that it's not compatible with this version of windows (I'm sure it means 64-bit) and to check with the publisher.

I've tried running it as an administrator and in several compatibility modes, but it always gives me that error. Is there a way to run it in 64-bit Windows 7? It worked fine in XP-mode (32-bit), but the game lags REALLY bad when played in there.
